This setup consists of a 400L capacity milk refrigeration unit holding 2x200L or 4x100L milk tanks, a syrup module holding  up to 28 flavours and a bottle dispenser unit holding 44x1L bottles all operated from the central touchscreen unit and central payment system. It has an easy to use shopping-cart UI allowing multiple purchases at once and has remote access to the product management platform.  Milk tanks, once empty, automatically switch over, allowing the storage of 400L in total, can be organized  in two groups to allow sales of whole / skimmed milk if needed.
