How many milkshake flavours can I offer?

8, 18 or 28. Customers pick milk or a milkshake from the same touchscreen.

Is it worth adding milkshakes?

For most farms, yes. Milkshakes carry a much bigger markup than milk: a shot of syrup adds very little to your costs, but a milkshake sells for far more than the milk that goes into it. They also attract customers who wouldn't stop for milk alone, such as families and passing trade. On our customers' machines, adding milkshakes can often bring in up to five times the sales of milk alone.

I already have a milk vending machine. Can I add milkshakes?

Yes. Our standalone milkshake syrup units sit alongside the milk machine you already have.

Do I need approval to sell milk direct?

We're happy to talk you through it.

Can I check the machine when I'm not there?

Yes. You can see stock levels and update products remotely, and so can we, which means we can often spot and fix a problem before you notice it.

What happens if something goes wrong?

We service and repair our machines ourselves, anywhere in the UK. Many faults can be fixed remotely, and every machine comes with a 1-year warranty.

What's included?

Delivery, installation, training on how to run and clean the machine, and ongoing support. A custom vinyl wrap is available on request, and the glass bottle dispenser is an optional extra.

How does payment work?

Usually a 50% deposit when you order and 50% on delivery. Finance options are also available, so ask us when you get your quote.

Can I get a machine quickly?

Express delivery is available at extra cost. Ask us about current lead times.
